Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Request Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship Parcel
Attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
